MADE WITH MEMORIES  READY FOR YOURS

Built in 1885, The Blake House is part of the living history of Marine City, Michigan. A small river town shaped by ship builders, salt works, and the steady rhythm of life along the St. Clair River. Thoughtfully preserved and warmly restored, the home reflects the character of a time when craftsmanship mattered and neighbors knew one another by name.

Today, Marine City is just as full of life as it was more than a century ago. Summers bring boating, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, and sunsets along the riverwalk with the water always just steps away. The downtown buzzes with music, local shops, outdoor dining, and that unmistakable “up north” feeling-without ever leaving town.

When Winter arrives, Marine City transforms into something truly special. Holiday lights flow down the main streets, storefronts feel cozy and nostalgic, and community events bring everyone together in classic small-town fashion. It’s the kind of place where Winter weekends are made of hot coffee, quiet walks, and enjoying the simple charm of the season.

Whether you’re here for a Summer adventure, a peaceful getaway, or a festive holiday escape, The Blake House offers a place to slow down, settle in, and experience Marine City the way it’s meant to be enjoyed.
