THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING TO STAY WITH US AT THE BLAKE HOUSE. THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES APPLY TO ALL GUESTS OF THE CARRIAGE HOUSE SUITE.

PLEASE REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING A RESERVATION THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, AIRBNB, OR CHECKING IN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL POLICIES LISTED BELOW. THESE POLICIES ENSURE THE COMFORT, SAFETY, AND ENJOYMENT OF EVERY GUEST. ALL GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO ADHERE TO THEM-NO EXCEPTIONS.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT

Check-in: 4:00pm

Check-out 11:00am

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed. Late departures may occur additional fees.

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to check-in unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Accepted payments: cash, major credit cards.

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Payment must be completed prior to or at the time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Stays (1-7 nights) - Free cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 50% of stay.

Extended Stays (8+ Nights) - Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of stay. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 75% of stay.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows - All cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival-and all n0-shows - will be charged 100% of the total stay.

DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, decor, or provided items during their stay. Charges will be applied to the card on file for:

-Excessive cleaning (automatic $250 cleaning fee for stays longer than 14 days)

-Broken or missing items

-Damage from smoking or pets

-Unreported spills or stains

-Misuse of appliances, furniture, or amenities

The Blake House is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, including luggage, electronics, or valuables, etc. Guests are responsible for securing their own vehicles and personal property.

PARKING, BOATS & PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

Complimentary parking is provided for registered guests on right side of driveway. Guests who bring their own boats, trailers, or recreational equipment must park only on the street and do so at their own risk.

The Blake House assumes no liability for damage, theft, or incidents involving guest vehicles, boats, trailers, or equipment.

PET POLICY

No pets are allowed inside the carriage house suite

A $250.00 cleaning fee will be automatically charged if a pet is discovered on premises.

Service animals are permitted with proper documentation provided prior to arrival. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Service animals while accepted are still subjected to the cleaning fee if any damages occur to the premises.
